In the field, on the foreman's phone
Crews sign on through their foreman. Nothing to install from a store, and it keeps working with no signal.
01Sign in onceA code by email, once per phone. It stays signed in after that.02Today's jobsEach job shows what's done and what's next: JHA, truck check, FLRA, LEM.03JHA from the job typePowerline work picks the company's powerline template. Untick what doesn't fit.04Hazards, controls, ratingsEach hazard carries its controls and a before-and-after risk score.05FLRA in progressThe bar shows what's still needed before work starts. It won't let a gap slip by.06Crew signs onEach person signs with a finger. Their hours flow into the LEM later.07Daily truck checkPick the unit. Driver, date and job fill themselves in.08Walk-around in secondsMark the rest OK, then call out the defects. A defect raises an action for the office.09Near miss on the spotAnyone can file one. The LEM, and getting it signed
When the foreman closes out the FLRA, the LEM is already filled in. The owner rep signs it from a link the same day.
10Crew hours, already thereStraight time and overtime come from the FLRA start and close-out times.11Bucket truck and diggerSpecialty equipment by the day, with the unit number and what it did.12Send for signatureA link by text or email. Billing gets a copy automatically.13What the owner rep seesThe LEM with PO, WO, hours and scope. No account, no app.14Approve, comment or disputeThey sign with a finger. A dispute comes back with their comments.15Signed, same dayThe signed copy is locked. Both sides can print or save it.
16Every LEM, one listWhich are signed, which haven't gone out, which are still open. Send a batch for signing or export a spreadsheet.17Priced in the officeRates go in after the client signs, so the field never sees them. Crew size and crew hours are counted for you. Every change is kept in the history.

The office: tickets, trucks, actions
What would otherwise live in spreadsheets and binders, kept current by the forms the crews already fill in.
18Tickets by personGreen is fine, orange expires within 30 days, red has expired. A copy of each ticket can sit behind it.19Trucks and their papersInsurance and registration dates for every unit, flagged before they run out.20Papers on fileAttach the pink card and registration. Crews can pull them up at a roadside check.
21Corrective action logEvery action from every form in one place, with who owns it and when it's due. Overdue shows red. Closing one takes a date and a signature.22Maintenance from the truckThe crew adds service lines from the phone. Open actions on that unit show right above.
23The office's morning viewToday's forms, what needs review, open actions, and every ticket and truck paper coming due.
Set up for your company. Your forms, JHA templates, crew types, equipment list and client rate sheets are settings, not code. Records are stored in Canada with daily backups.

Add-on: the yard, gear and test dates
Gloves, sleeves, grounds, hot sticks, testers, harnesses and the trucks themselves in one register. Turn it on if you want it. It uses the same people, trucks and sign-in.
24Everything with a test date, one listDo-not-use first, then due soon. Find anything by tag, serial, truck or person. The test intervals are your program’s.25Every item has a recordWhat it is, where it is, what is due and when, and every test, move and tag-out. Entries are never overwritten, and each one is fingerprinted so a change would show.
26Caught at the morning inspectionPick the truck, and anything on it that is out of date shows at the top of the vehicle inspection and the FLRA.27It won’t sign offThe inspection and the FLRA will not lock with out-of-date gear on the truck. Out-of-date gear gets found in the yard, not in an audit.28The truck checkEverything on the truck, green or red. Swap it for a good one, tag it out, or a supervisor overrides with a reason that goes on the record.29Tagged out at the truckThe foreman tags the gloves out with a reason. The truck is ready to roll and the office sees it straight away. It works with no signal too.30Scan the labelThe phone camera opens the item from its QR label: good to use or not, and why.
31What’s dueOverdue first, then the next 60 days. Tick what is going to the test lab and send it as one batch, or export a spreadsheet.32At the test labWhat went out, when it is due back, and what is still out. Results go in as they come back, with the certificate attached.33Back in service only with a passA failed item goes back in service only after it passes the check it failed, with a signature. A failed test can raise a corrective action.34QR labelsPrint labels for everything in view, on standard label sheets.35When the auditor or OH&S asksOne report: the register, each item’s status and latest certificate, its history, and what was tagged out and how it was handled. It also goes in the COR package.
Built around your program. Item types, test intervals, who may do which check, and what stops a truck are settings. Fleet, safety and test gear, and materials (reels, poles, hardware) can each be turned on separately.

Add-on: client permits, signed off and handed back
The site owner issues the safe work permit. The app doesn’t replace it: it makes sure your side gets done. Everyone on it signs off at the end of the day, it goes back to the issuer, and there is a record of both.
36The FLRA asksWorking under a client permit today? One tap from the FLRA, so the permit is tied to that day’s hazard assessment.37Copy it from the permitNumber, kind of permit (your own list), who issued it, the area, and paper or the owner’s e-permit system. Tick who is on it.38Open, and who still has to sign offEveryone on the permit is listed. Someone joins partway through the day? Add them.39It stays in front of the crewThe open permit shows on the job all day, so nobody forgets it at quitting time.40The FLRA won’t close outTry to close out the FLRA with a permit still open and it stops, names the permit, and takes you to it.41Each person signs offOn the foreman’s phone, one at a time: “I’ve finished working under this permit and left my area safe.”42Left early? Signed for, with the reasonThe foreman signs for them and has to say why, and how they know the person is clear. It goes on the record as signed for.43Handed back to the issuerWho it went back to, how, the foreman’s signature, and a photo of the signed paper permit if your company asks for one.44The recordEvery sign-off and the hand-back, with times and signatures. Entries are never overwritten, and each one is fingerprinted so a change would show.45Now the FLRA closes outPermit back, FLRA locked, and the LEM is next. No signal on site? Sign-offs wait on the phone and send when it’s back in range.
46The office sees every permitOpen, not handed back on time, handed back, and the last 30 days. Who was on each one, how many signed off, and when it went back. Download it as a spreadsheet.47Not handed back on timeAnything still open after the hand-back time you set shows red, so the office can call the foreman before the site owner calls you.48Every permit, in fullThe same record the foreman sees, with the photo of the signed permit and the fingerprint check.49Your rulesThe kinds of permit your crews work under, whether a photo of the signed permit is off, optional or required, and the hand-back time.50In the COR packageEvery permit for the period: who signed off and when, who signed for whom and why, and when it was handed back.
Built for how sites actually run. Paper permits at the work site and owner e-permit systems both work. The kinds of permit, the photo rule and the hand-back time are settings, and it uses the same people, jobs and sign-in as the rest of the app.
